Ben founded Instinct Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Renmark and coaches the kids and adult classes.
Born To Roll
Instinct is an affiliate club of Born To Roll, a group of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu clubs with a lineage running from Grandmaster Carlson Gracie Senior, to Professor Olavo Abreu, to Bernard Jenkins, to Mick Moloney.
Competition team
Competing is optional, but the team loves it. At Australian Grappling League #7 in September 2026, Instinct took 1st place out of 20 teams.
