Gi or No Gi?

The Gi is the traditional uniform. You can grip sleeves and collars, which slows things down and rewards precise technique. No Gi is shorts and a rash guard with nothing to grip, so it moves faster. Most people end up doing both. No Gi of your own? All good, we'll loan you one.
